For 20 years, Chef Lori Eaton and Chef Roberta Campani have shared a friendship rooted in authentic Italian cooking, laughter, and the simple joy of gathering around a table.

Roberta, who once brought Tuscany to Wilmington through her beloved La Gemma Bakery, is returning — and this time, they’re cooking together. This month-long residency at Pine Valley Market is a rare opportunity to sit at their table, learn their craft, and taste what 20 years of shared kitchens tastes like.

Chef Lori Eaton

Wilmington · Private Chef · 20+ Years

A private chef for over two decades, Lori brings warmth, technique, and a gift for bringing people together. She has cooked for international guests and counts Roberta as her closest culinary confidante.

Every year she travels to Tuscany — and every year she stays longer than planned.

Chef Roberta Campani

Tuscany, Italy · Private Villa Chef · Returning to Wilmington

A personal chef at private villas throughout Tuscany, hosting international guests in the heart of the Italian countryside. Wilmington knows her best as the founder of La Gemma Bakery.

This March, she comes home.
