“I usually spend March in Italy — but this year, Italy is coming to me by way of my Italian twin.”
Roberta, who once brought Tuscany to Wilmington through her beloved La Gemma Bakery, is returning — and this time, they’re cooking together. This month-long residency at Pine Valley Market is a rare opportunity to sit at their table, learn their craft, and taste what 20 years of shared kitchens tastes like.
From silky hand-rolled pasta to beautifully plated dishes — every class is a celebration of craft, flavor, and Italian tradition passed down through generations.

Every class is intimate and interactive. No spectators — everyone cooks, learns, and leaves with real skills to carry home forever.
